Is registration needed ?
You can access most of the game features, play and enjoy without
registering. This way, you can discover the main features of the game. However,
have access to all its feature, a registration is necessary.
Why should I register ?
Registration is completely free and will allow you to have access to the

How to register ?
It's very simple. All you have to do is access the
free online flash game, click on "CREATE" in the identity box located
in the upper-right corner and fill your email address then click OK.

You will receive a confirmation message shortly after. Clicking on the link
provided in the message, you will be able to create your own robot and chose a
password.
Why do you ask for my email address ?
It is just a way to contact you in case of problems with the game or for
password reminder. This email address will never be used for commercial
purposes and will not be given to other. You can rest assured that you'll never
get spam from us. We really don't like this. Robostrike is a free non-profite
game maintained by hobbyist...we got nothing to sell.
What are the terms and conditions for using the game ?
The website www.robostrike.com, hereinafter referred to as Robostrike, is
produced and maintain by private owners as a hobby and do not constitute a
profitable activity. It is graciously offered and can be used by any
individual, hereinafter referred to as user, provided that he or she reads,
understands and accepts the following Terms and Conditions:
(I) Validity of Terms and Conditions
To register or play at Robostrike, any user has to accept the following Terms
and Conditions. Terms and Conditions refer mainly, but not exclusively to all
Robostrike services or web site content.
(II) Liability
Robostrike is a free game and therefore, no user has any claim regarding the
availability of services. Robostrike is not liable in any way for server
breakdown, faulty programming etc. The occurrence of any disadvantages for a
user resulting from server breakdowns, faulty programming etc. does not entitle
the user to claim the recovery of his account\'s status before the occurrence.
This statement apply in particular, but not only, to non-registered users,
registered users or any corporate/individual that may link to Robostrike with
or without our consent.
(I) Beginning of membership
Membership begins after a user registers to the game or the forum.
Non-registered users are however also expected to behave according to those
terms and regulation.
(II) Termination by user
The membership may be terminated by the user at any time by deleting the
account. Deleting the account do not automatically erase the data produced by
the user. Accounts are locked and the user can not anymore use the account but
all data (e.g. game played, maps created, or forum messages) will be maintained
on the server for an indefinite time.
(III) Termination by Robostrike
Robostrike reserves the right to delete or to block accounts, mainly but not
exclusively in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions. The Robostrike
team decides if an account is blocked or deleted. Objections may only be raised
towards Robostrike and the project management. There is, especially regarding
that Robostrike is a free service, no legal claim!
- Section 3: Contents / Responsibility
Robostrike provides a platform that allows users to communicate with each
other. The users are responsible for the contents of their communication.
Pornographic, xenophobic, offensive and any other wrongful contents are
prohibited. Robostrike is not responsible for the contents, but will
immediately delete or block any user who proclaims these contents.
- Section 4: Prohibited actions
(I) Manipulative actions
It is prohibited 1.to use any mechanisms, software or other tools in connection
with the Robostrike website that may cause trouble, defect, breakdown or that
may in other way interfere with the function and course of the game; 2.to use
any tools that may cause an unreasonable or excessive stress on technical
capacities; 3.to block, modify or delete contents generated by Robostrike, or
in any other way to interfere with the function and course of the game.
(II) Prohibited programs
It is prohibited to load any sites of Robostrike with any other programs than
web browsers and fully compliant flash players. Such other programs are in
particular so called "Bots" as well as other tools that simulate, replace or
supplement the web or flash interface. The same applies to scripts and
completely or partially automated programs that provide advantages towards
other users.
(III) Fair play
Users are expected to play in a fair and friendly way. Abusive behaviour of any
sort will lead to the user's exclusion. The Robostrike team is sovereign in its
decision to exclude or not any user.
(I) Maximum number of accounts
All users agree to use only one account. Users who do not comply with this
agreement, can be deleted or blocked without prior notice.
(II) Several users per account
The use of one account by different users (account-sharing) is prohibited.
(III) Rules
All users agree to comply with the rules when playing the game. (See also
section 4-III Fair play.)
(IV) Blocking
Users can be blocked temporarily or continuously for one or several or all
Robostrike services. The decision whether and how long a user is blocked, is
subject to Robostrike\'s team discretion.
- Section 6: Data protection
(I) Storage of personal data
Robostrike reserves the right to store personal data of users in order to
supervise the obedience of users to the rules, the Terms and Conditions and the
law. Subject of storage may be the IP address, the eMail address registered and
- if available - all data from the user\'s profile. Robostrike do not provide a
mechanism to delete all the data produced by a given user and deletion of the
account do not delete the data. The user can however request data deletion
through mail at "contact001@robostrike.com". Uppon request, data deletion will
take place within reasonable technical delays.
(II)
Robostrike reserves the right, in compliance with the French Commission
National de l'Informatique et des Libertes (CNIL) and all other legal statutes,
to disclose personal data to authorities, attorneys or clerks, if and as far as
necessary for the protection of Robostrike\'s interests and rights or the
protection of the authorities\' legal duties. Personal data will not be
disclosed to third parties, in particular to advertising and commercial
partners. Users can object to the storage of personal data at any time. As the
participation of games requires the storage of personal data for technical
reasons, the user account will be deleted on receipt of the objection.
(III)
Robostrike reserves the right to distribute statistical and/or anonymous data
that results from the user interaction with the game. Those data are prepared
before distribution so that they can not be associated with the individual and,
therefore, do not constitute personal data anymore.
- Section 7: Rights of Robostrike regarding the accounts
(I) General rights
All accounts, including their associated user's creation such as maps or solo
game solutions, etc. are virtual objects of the game. The user does not obtain
ownership or any other rights regarding those data. All rights are reserved by
Robostrike. No rights, in particular no exploitation rights, are assigned to
the user.
(II) Prohibition of exploitation
Without written permission of Robostrike, it is prohibited to agree with third
parties upon the transfer, the utilization or the providing of accounts or
access data. In particular, it is prohibited to sell accounts or resources, or
to make any other profit by leaving accounts or resources to third parties, no
matter if temporarily or continuously. The same applies to access data, rights
of utilization or any other attempt to evade this regulation. Violations of
these or other rights of Robostrike, in particular copyrights, will be reported
to authorities and prosecuted.
Robostrike is not liable for any damages caused by the use of Robostrike,
except for damages that were caused wilfully or by gross negligence as well as
all damages from death or personal injury. Robostrike therefore reminds users
that excessive participation in computer games involves the risk of serious
personal injury.
- Section 9: Modification of Terms and Conditions
Robostrike reserves the right to modify or extend these Terms and Conditions at
any time. A modification or extension will be published in the Robostrike forum
and on the Robostrike start page at least two weeks before the changes become
effective.
- Section 10: Applicable law
French law is exclusively applicable for all legal matters in and about
Robostrike. Robostrike\'s venue is venue for any legal action, even in case of
the jurisdiction of different forums.
